Alison Browne –
Principal, Blue Momentum
With a broad background in organisational
development and change practices, Alison
Browne is the principal of Blue Momentum.
Prior to establishing Blue Momentum Alison
spent eight years with PricewaterhouseCoopers
in Sydney. She worked in a number of positions
including leadership development and business
planning before moving to a senior L&D
role where she provided consulting expertise
both internally and externally to PwC’s
clients. This experience provided her with
a broad business based outlook, focused
on value-add and measurement.
Prior to joining PwC she worked with Optus
Communications and Merrill Lynch in both
Sydney and London in Learning and Development
roles.
